Introduction The EPRI knowledge base is particular targeting at people interested in ICT and its implementation and use in a democratic and parliamentary workflow. The EPRI knowledge base combines individual with organisational knowledge in the field of Parliamentarians and Information Communication Technology. The EPRI knowledge base does not display knowledge as a conventional sequel of information but uses a new associative and holistic approach of giving information and putting it into its context. The sources of information displayed are different Parliamentary and European websites. Around the main area “Parliamentarians & ICT” the information is categorised in three sub areas: 1.
